Yes, you can treat friends who aren’t on Dion yet! Simply head to your profile page, select ‘Invite Others’, and choose ‘Invite Friends with a Drink’. This way, you can send them a drink and introduce them to the Dion experience.
Go to the profile tab on Dion and tap 'Invite Others' in the top left corner. Share the link via WhatsApp or copy it to send through another method.
This is a subtle way to show interest in someone's profile and test the waters before sending them a drink.
To hide your profile from other users, head to your profile page, select ‘Edit Profile’ and toggle the Public account setting off. If you make your profile private, it will only be visible to your network and you will only be able to see the profiles of your network.
Other Dion users will be able to see your profile if you are checked in at a venue and your discoverability is turned on. You can change your discoverability settings in your profile -> edit profile and decide whether you are visible to other users or not.
We look for new members who have professional success or are part of the creative industry. A strong social presence and the right cultural fit. Having a referral or connections with existing members on the app is also beneficial.
If the user doesn't respond to your treat, don’t worry—we’ll refund the treat to your Dion wallet. The credit does not expire, you can use it to treat someone else in the future.
You can redeem your treat through the ‘Notifications’ tab, where all pending treats are listed, or directly within the chat with the person who sent the treat. Remember, you’ll reply to the sender to unlock and redeem your treat if you aren’t already connected. After that, simply show the ‘Ready to Scan’ screen to a member of the staff at the venue.
